Prejudice is not only a way of thinking and perceiving, it also lives in our bodies. This workshop is for white folks to learn a couple somatic practices that expose and help combat white fragility, and grow capacity to act in solidarity with IBPOC (Indigenous, Black,People of Color).

PLEASE NOTE: While, this workshop is open to everyone, it will center the voices and experience of young adults and is sponsored by YA@GA (Young Adults at General Assembly).
